THE LARGEST TYROLEAN MARKET IN ITALY IN THE HEART OF TUSCANY.
Unique, original, characteristic and increasingly magical. The 2024 edition will be
even more sparkling. From 16 November to 29 December Arezzo will host
the largest Tyrolean Village in Italy with a rich program
of events and attractions. The Christmas market, three huts of flavors for
tasting typical products, the big lights show with projections
on the buildings of Piazza Grande, the Chestnut Hut, sweets from
Tyrol and guided tours to discover Arezzo with the special
"Christmas in Arezzo" packages.
THE HUTS OF TASTE IN THE HEART OF PIAZZA GRANDE.
Pretzels, raclette, melted cheese, polenta and the famous roast shin. The Tyrolean Huts of Taste are back by popular
demand, characteristic wooden huts equipped for tasting typical products. For the 2024
edition there will be as many as 3, all from Tyrol. In the warm
atmosphere of Piazza Grande you can taste the best beers from
Tyrol and typical Tyrolean dishes: stuffed pretzels, sandwiches with hamburgers
and Tyrolean sausage, spatzle, polenta, dumplings and the famous
roast shin. A world of tastes and flavours from Tyrol that will brighten up your
stay at the Arezzo Christmas Markets.
THE BIG NEWS OF THE 2024 EDITION: SANTA CLAUS’S HOUSE IN THE FORTRESS!
One of the main attractions of Arezzo Christmas will also return: Santa Claus's House, which will be landing in the beautiful and
huge Fortezza Medicea for the first time. Among the medieval fortifications and the
shelters dug into the rock, over 3,500 square meters of magical
and enchanted Christmas-themed path. A true Fortress of Wonders that promises to be the real great attraction of Arezzo
Christmas City 2024.
BIG LIGHTS SHOW.
The Big Lights are back in 2024, spectacular and exciting
games of lights, colors and music that will brighten the evenings of the
Tyrolean Village. From 5 pm, a magical show will appear in the
square on the facades of the buildings, which will magically color
the Christmas atmosphere. You can take part in the shows and enjoy
the show! Every evening from 5pm to 9pm and immerse yourself in the 360 of
lights, colors and history of the square. Free admission.
